The Systemwide Training and Education Workgroup (STEW) is a UC wide workgroup made up of UC Campus and National Lab employees with responsibility for Environmental, Safety, and Risk training.

Charter:
Identify resources, establish cost effective methods, explore and incorporate technical advancements and develop internal and external partnerships to improve performance and value in EH&S education and training programs.

Facilitate knowledge of basic training requirements. Update annually and identify training needs to increase effectiveness.
Explore advanced training technologies to determine its applicability to UC EH&S and Risk training.
Develop and provide training resources to enhance and simplify training.
